Our treatment:
- You will treated to a gentle dry body brushing exfoliation which offers the enhancement of stimulating the lymphatic system and removal of dead skin cells
- Once your skin has been prepped, a therapeutic body mask to your torso (front and back) your arms and legs.
- After applying the mask to most of your body, you will be swaddled/ wrapped in a thickened plastic cling film product.
- Relax – you are then covered in towels and blankets and rest for 20 – 30 minutes. in the a calming environment of the therapy room. The heat of the wrap will relax your muscles, open your pores and encourage sweating. You may at this time opt to add on a treatment such as a facial or a head and face massage, or simply snooze with a relaxing eye mask.
- After unwrapping, you will be treated with a nourishing body moisturising massage with a product of your choosing (lotion or oil) suitable for your skin type.
- After care advice is personalised to you.
