Returns Policy
DEPOSITS
When booking an appointment, you will be required to pay a deposit to secure your booking. All deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 48 hour cancellation period that clients must agree to at the time of booking. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled booking time without incurring any additional charges. A % of your appointment price will be taken if you reschedule or cancel your appointment within: 48 hours – 50% fee, same day – 75% fee, no show – 100% fee. Please let us know is you are running late for your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate you. We may not be able to carry out your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Vouchers may be purchased to pay for treatments. These are non-refundable after purchase and will not be available to use after the expiry date. The total of each session will deduct from the voucher/credit after treatment. If using a gift voucher and the client does not show up for the treatment, the total of the session will be still be deducted as per our cancellation policy.
OTHER
Sparkle Aesthetics and Beauty Ltd reserves the right to refuse to perform our services, if they do not believe that a particular service is in the client’s best interests. There can be no guarantees as to the precise results of any service undertaken as each individual is different and many factors contribute. Sparkle Aesthetics and Beauty Ltd will not be liable for any economic loss or other special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
The prices listed are a guide and subject to confirmation at the time of consultation. Sparkle Aesthetics and Beauty is committed to ensuring that any complaints or concerns are dealt with efficiently and effectively.

Training Services Returns Policy
Our training courses are designed to offer expert knowledge and skills to help you succeed in the beauty and aesthetics industry. Due to the nature of our services, we have the following policy for training course bookings:
- Cancellation & Rescheduling:
- Full Refund: If you cancel your training course at least 14 days before the scheduled start date, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel between 7 to 13 days before the training date, you will receive a 50% refund of the course fee.
- No Refund: If you cancel within 7 days of the course start date or fail to attend, no refund will be issued. However, you may be offered the option to reschedule based on availability, subject to a rescheduling fee.
- Rescheduling:
- You may reschedule your course up to 7 days before the original training date with no additional charge. If rescheduled within 7 days, a fee will be applied to cover administrative costs.
- Course Material:
- If you receive any physical course materials (e.g., textbooks or kits) and decide to cancel the training, these materials must be returned unopened and in original condition to qualify for a refund.
- Non-Attendance or Unforeseen Circumstances:
- In the case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance that prevents you from attending, we may consider a partial refund or reschedule option. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
Product Returns Policy
At Sparkle Aesthetics and Beauty, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process:
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
